Licensed since 2009 , I provide Therapeutic Massage by integrating multiple modalities, creating a custom session based on client intake, assessment, and intuition .
To do this I use a variety of techniques , including Acupressure , Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue Massage , Hot Stone Massage , Manual Lymphatic Drainage , Myo-Fascial Release , , Reflexology , Reiki, Sports Massage , Swedish Massage , Trigger Point Therapy , and more .
To benefit the most from Massage , consistency is key . One massage feels great , but when you experience regular sessions you can notice significant changes to your health and well being . To help with this , I have Continued Care rates, to be used when booking monthly after initial session .
